1. Bookings & Payments

To secure your place on a Solset retreat, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit confirms your participation and allows us to organise accommodations, experiences, and logistics in advance.

The remaining balance must be paid before the retreat begins, by the date communicated after booking.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

All prices are listed in EUR. Payments may be accepted in other currencies where applicable.


2. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your participation:

• More than 30 days before the retreat
• Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the retreat
• The full amount is non-refundable.

As each booking secures your place and initiates planning and commitments on our side, the deposit remains non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.


3. Changes & Cancellations by Solset

Solset Collective reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or experiences if necessary due to external factors, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare event that Solset Collective must cancel the retreat, a full refund of all payments made directly to us will be issued.

Solset Collective is not responsible for any additional costs, including flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses.


4. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

• Booking their own flights
• Holding valid travel documents
• Meeting any entry requirements

Travel insurance is mandatory.

Solset Collective is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or travel disruptions.

Flights are never refunded by Solset Collective.


5. Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the retreat.

Solset Collective reserves the right to decline or remove any participant if participation is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.


6. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.


7. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Solset Collective is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or disruptions beyond our control.


8. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken and used for marketing purposes.


9. Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee all preferences.


10. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version applies.
