BOOKINGS

To secure your spot, a 500€ non-refundable deposit is required at booking. This deposit confirms your place in the group and allows us to organize all accommodations and activities for you.

The remaining balance must be paid before the retreat begins.
You may choose to pay in one payment or through a flexible installment plan.

All prices are listed in EUR for clarity. Final payment is processed in AED based on the live exchange rate.



REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you need to cancel after booking, full payments already made are also non-refundable, as reservations and logistics are committed in advance for each guest.

We understand life happens.
In exceptional situations (ex: serious health issue or emergency), we will review your case together and explore what may be possible depending on timing and availability but this cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip if something unexpected occurs.

If Solset Retreats must cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
Travel-related expenses (flights, visas, additional hotel nights) are not covered.



TRAVEL & DOCUMENTATION

Flights and travel costs are not included.
You are responsible for:

• booking your flights
• bringing valid travel documents (passport, visas if required)
• any vaccinations or entry requirements

We are happy to guide you with general information once booked.



HEALTH & SAFETY

This retreat focuses on wellbeing.
For your safety, it is important to tell us if you have any relevant medical conditions or limitations during booking.

If we believe the retreat is not safe or suitable for you, we may decline the booking to ensure your wellbeing.



BEHAVIOUR & RESPECT

Solset Retreats is a space of kindness, respect, and positive energy.
We reserve the right to ask any participant who behaves in a way that disrupts safety or the experience of others to leave without refund.

Confidentiality matters personal stories shared during the retreat must remain private.



PHOTOGRAPHS & IMAGERY

During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken throughout the activities, classes, and shared moments. These images are used to document the experience and may appear on our social media or website.
While we always aim to be mindful and respectful, we cannot guarantee that guests will not appear in group photos or content captured in shared spaces.



SPECIAL REQUESTS

We will always try to accommodate dietary needs or special requirements.
Please note some requests may not be guaranteed.
